A brilliant experience Jim was very helpful and explained the various aspects of multifuel stoves the particular type I wanted.The installation team Carl & Nico were brilliant they too explained very well what they were going to do working absolutely non stop I was amazed at their pace.All in all a brilliant experience from start to finish.

I had a log burner installed in december 2020. Cannot thank Jim and the team enough for everything, including getting installation completed in time for Christmas. From start to finish they were polite, courteous and tidy. They did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier with the end result. Also a great price. Would highly recommend

This is the second time we have asked Jim to help us source a new woodburner and get it fitted. It wasn't the easiest of jobs with an awkward chimney to get to and delays with deliveries. But Jim went out of his way to ensure we got the stove we wanted, the scaffolder was on time, and that everything went to plan. Jim and the stove fitters were booked in a month later and arrived on the dot at 8:15 on the scheduled day. We now have a great wood burner and the finish is excellent. A really top quality job. And really brilliant value for money.

Carl and Niko fitted 2 fire peace from knock-out to final polish. Clean, timely and good at what they do.

Lovely bunch of folks from (or associated with) Fireplace Supplies, and it's been a positive experience from beginning to end dealing with them all. They've helped us through all our questions, given some good recommendations for us, come and done a neat and thorough job of the rip out of old and installation of new, and we're really pleased with the results. Everything has been done when they've said it would be done, from appointments to fitment, and I am very pleased with the end result.My only negative criticism is to just double check exactly what's on the order sheets vs changing customer requirements as you go through the exploration process with customers to find out all of their needs. We had some changes from the initial ask, and in the very early days of sorting out the order. My issue was sorted quickly and effectively once realised, but if it hadn't have been for a too-windy day to install the chimney liner, i would have had the wrong grade put in by the fitters. Like I say, all sorted without it being a major problem, and overall my experience has been very positive and I would recommend to others. Thank you Jim and the gang! :D

Absolutely love our woodburner. Great service from Jim. Great work from the installers. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
