I am a school bus driver from Isleworth Middlesex. I drive to this school Monday - friday

This school has had an INCREDIBLY LOUD alarm going off at all hours over 100 times in the last three years day morning and night. Yet they did absolutely nothing about it whatsoever and denied it was even their alarm, even though we had video evidence and they have had multiple complaints. I have been listening to their excuses and alarms waking me up all hours, going on for literally hours, and bad attitude for over 3 years I am absolutely sick of it. They also refused to meet me to discuss. Turns out, Protechs alarm engineer" is a drunk who turned up at the school
