bought a van, arrived try to collect it noticed windscreen crack, informed them of it as no mention of it on description, the scale was kept on roof.Answer we don't mention it ad that's how we appraise at beford bca.

These guys are so organised I was really impressed with the fast service. The lady who dealt with us at reception was really friendly and was full of advice and didn't mind answering the questions I had.Can't wait to use your services again guys!

Would not recommend to work at the workshop. A very disrespectful and rude person in charge as the supervisor, Nicu. . Disappointed with how problems were ‘solved’. Never took anything seriously. But besides that, the whole workshop are friendly and make you feel part of the team.

The head appraiser is blind and is in denial when he can clearly see the damage. Please help this man and get him the treatment necessary. Maj mate stop protecting BCA like your life depends on it and stand with the people you absolute lier.
