Doesn’t really warrant 1 star. The manager is just so extremely rude. My mother ordered furniture in May and to date only half has been delivered. Been in today to cancel the order and the manager didn’t even offer an apology. We had been given 3 delivery dates but still no sign of the sofa. When you see the tv advert with the exact sofa for delivery before Xmas Which Christmas???? certainly not 2021. I will never recommend this store to anyone. The 2 members of staff we had previously dealt with were hiding round the corner in the store. Disgusting customer service

Greeted, welcomed to the store by the sales person. We only popped in having been impressed by one of the sette's at the front of the store. Clean and spacious. Sales person was non pushy but informative. We'd visit again before making any purchase elsewhere.

Great store. Easily located. Great staff. Didn't chase me around the store. Staff members H and Naz were very helpful. I didn't feel crowded or pestered and they were available whenever I needed them. Very happy customer.

Ordered a 3 piece suite Oct 15 2021 up to date 3 cancelled delivery dates. Been told today 2 chairs may be delivered and the settee in August. HELLO . You really need to get your act together. We've paid in full and in the past spent thousands. NOT ANYMORE.

Absolute shocking!!! never never buy from these!!! THIS IS A WARNING!!!! Ordered furniture 5 months ago! When they said it would be delivered it was 2 weeks late!!! Only half the order came with anougher 16 week wait for the rest of it!! 1 peice of the furniture was damaged so have to wait again for it to be replaced anougher 16 weeks!!!!! Had my sofa 7 weeks and the electrics are not working in it.......been on the phone for 1 hour and 40mins to try and speak to someone. NOTHING..NO ANSWER...NOTHING!!!! Oak furniture land you Absolute cowboys!!!!!!!!

Lovely show room and just bought what looks to be a smashing sofa. Lovely gentleman, turned out to be the store manager, walked us round, listened to what we said and showed us some options to try - third sofa we sat on was the one for us.Service was brilliant, they took care of the people in the show room regarding safety in these times of Covid.Would recommend a visit to the store if you're looking for a new sofa.

Went into this store for some advice today about getting out some marks on a dining table, we were greeted and dealt with by Iqbal who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He couldn't do more to help us and was happy to give advice. Lovely guy and a credit to the store. Thank you.
