Have never moved house before so started dealing with an estate agents with some trepidation. Gareth at Barnard Marcus has made the whole experience easy and straightforward and on being told I was after a quick sale was round at my house within 2 hours and achieved a sale within 2 weeks ! He and the team are all friendly and efficient responding to contact by phone or email rapidly and sticking 100% to agreed timescales, visits etc. All in all a pain free, transparent experience and reasonable fees - thoroughly recommended.

We had a terrible experience with another local estate agent and while looking at a property contacted Barnard Marcus and spoke to Gareth. He was really kind and helpful, he advised us that although we were under contract to another estate agent he could come and give us a valuation. He came and spent some time with us, was really helpful and gave us good advice. We have now decided not to move at this present time but when we do we will certainly contact Gareth and ask him to help us.
