Excellent service both my wife and me serviced our cars recently. Very understanding, polite and excellent customer service. Will highly recommend to everyone. Might be expensive when compared to some others in short term but long term they are real value for money as the car has been well taken care off.

Do not use this garage. I have had four vehicles for several years and never have I come across a more incompetent company. My vehicle was with them for months on end. I spent over 2k to get work done and the vehicle was back with them in a matter of days. 3 times the vehicle had to go back. I had to take the vehicle away in the end as it was just being left to rot and have now had to have a full engine replacement as the work carried out has been reported to have done more damage than good. Customer care is non existent from management. I was treated from management with sarcasm and arrogance from the get go.

We wouldn't take our car anywhere else for work. We've used Pipes for years and their attention to detail and quality of work sets them apart from local competition. They explain everything fully, don't overcharge and I can't recommend them enough!

I have used JB Pipe for a good few times and their service is second to none. Matt, Tony and his guys provide a great friendly service and at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.Just had a MOT done on our Audi - done on time with no hidden extras - and at a great priceIf you're in the Hazel Grove area and need your car sorting, look no further than JB Pipe.I always take quotes from other local garages as well, my experience is, no one in Hazel Grove can beat the quality of service and price, at the same time.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now. The service is second to none, and always give me really honest advice. It's rare I think to be able to trust a mechanic and their garage but here you know the work will be carried out to a high standard and you'll never be overcharged.

My BMW got taken in by the RAC (their recommendation) up to now I've had zero issues! Kept in the loop and they are trying to find a fault that doesn't want to be found! I'll update my review when the cars completed ☺️
