Amazing shop! I went to this shop today for advice on how to repair my gun and now i know how. I also got to hold some pistols to see which one i liked best. The manager was really nice and friendly and we had a good chat. Would really recommend this shop.

I have always said that measure of a company is not what goes wrong but how they deal with it when it does. I ordered a battery and charger from Land Warrior. Unfortunately there was an issue with the product. Land Warrior were quick to respond and detail how we could resolve the issue. The communicated thought and resolved the issue quickly, efficiently and with great customer service. First class service!

Service is great and huge variety of weapons and clothes to chose from, came here today for a AR15 and a 1911 pistol. Both were very high quality and work perfectly, would recommend.

I went there yesterday to check it out and see if it was any decent, and ended up having a very friendly chat with the cashier and bought quite a few bits of kitHowever, when I got home one of the items was faulty and not really usable due to it being a holographic sight that didn’t turn on, so I sent an email to the info@ address and wasn’t expecting a response until the morning after because I had sent the email out of hours, but not too long after I got a response telling me to come in and they’ll take a look at it which I was quite happy aboutWhen I went in they took a look at it and offered to replace it with a similar item at the same price from the same brand, and offered to let me test it before taking it home with me. I also bought a few more things because why shouldn’t I support a company that treats their customers right?All in all, a very good experience from the guys at Land Warrior and I will definitely be shopping with them again

Already recommended to all my airsoft team. These guys were great. Really good prices on rifs, also seemed to be the last place in the U.K. that had the TM mk18 GBBR in stock at the time. They were v friendly and really helpful when I rang up to ask for specific things regarding my order. They also replied really quickly to my email and sent me a delivery tracking link when UPS didn’t. No complaints. Will be ordering from them again. 11/10 :)

5 STAR Service!!! I dealt with Mackenzie with my enquiries over the phone and he could not have been more helpful. I had a number of questions, some required testing battery fitment etc (just before closing on a Saturday afternoon), and nothing was too much trouble. This led to me making a significant purchase and the customer service has been second to none throughout the process. I placed my order 10:05 Monday morning and it arrived 09:35 Tuesday morning. Thanks Mackenzie for all your help and support, it's very much appreciated!
