Great as a starting point for serious yoga or just as a gentle programme for flexibility and well-being. Debra has a great knowledge of the subject and a really nice, friendly approach to the classes, which are conducted via Zoom. Highly recommended.

Debra is a yoga expert, her skills are clearly based upon training from yoga masters and continued self practice. As a novice I rely on her ability to both demonstrate and talk through poses, and provide options for different capabilities or physical issues. I highly recommend Debra to help with all levels of yoga practice.
