Laverstoke Park have the largest herd of water buffalo in the UK that graze on a unique blend of 31 herbs, grasses and clovers. They utilise thier nutrient rich and creamy milk to produce award- winning Buffalo Milk Dairy, including Organic Buffalo Mozzarella, Buffalomi, Ice Cream, Black Pudding and more!

Just bought some halloumi in waitrose from laverstoke farm. I know the farm and didn’t realize they made halloumi! Delicious. Best halloumi I’ve eaten. Lovely depth of flavor and a beautiful texture
