Absolutely love Rabble! I usually have to drag myself up & out to exercise but I would do this class multiple times a week if this was an option. The team games played each week are so much fun that you forget you’re exercising, and there’s something different each week so it doesn’t get repetitive (If you want a harder work-out you can be part of Rabble X who do additional activities in between games). Instructors are great, and the whole group is very friendly and welcoming. The regular drinks and socials means it’s a good way to meet new people too. Definitely give it a try!
