The Barn, Spring Farm. Wedding Events near Cambridge

My wife and I recently had our wedding day at the The Barn. It was the perfect venue for us as it allowed us to really create, from scratch, the wedding we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful blank canvas to begin than The Barn which did already come with a few things such as fairy lights on the ceiling and hay bails for seating areas. The venue offers a larger degree of flexibility than most venues and we were able to choose the exact food, drinks, entertainment and décor we wanted, which was a big factor in choosing The Barn for our wedding.We hired Claire from The Copper Tree as our wedding coordinator, which was a great decision as she was instrumental in making our big day a success. She was on hand to answer any questions and help with any decisions. She even suggested we turn The Copper Tree Bar into a tequila bar showing she completely understood what we wanted for our wedding.We used the same space for our wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast and dancefloor and the staff did a great job in helping turn the space from one thing to another very quickly.A big thanks to Melanie, Claire and all at Spring Farm. All in all we had a fantastic day and a large part of that was down to us choosing The Barn as our venue.

The setting is nice enough, the area for parking is rustic and when there is rain there is also a lot of mud. The barn is very old and has some updates, it was cozy enough. A bit more professionalism in the dress and manner of the staff would have helped guests be more comfortable and know who to turn to.

The best place to go with kids. We had a great time at the Barn.

Lovely place, great for family events, corporate functions. The location is private and has the countryside feeling yet not far from Cambridge town. Highly recommended
