Chris on the service desk always ensures that you are treated with a smile and always kept up to date with the status of any work you are having done. He even gives me a follow up call to confirm I am happy with the work carried out.As a service director, I always promote that Good customer service keeps the customers coming back and generates more sales, so Vauxhall, you have a very Good salesman in customer service. Thanks for all your help.

OMG One of the worst service I ever done.So I booked Major service at Stellantis &You Hayes and they doing only service but not do any engine checks because I booked on weekend. So basically I booked Saturday because that's the day off for me but they only doing serving and not any engine diagnostic. So they said they do visual checks. Example - are the tyres are round up , the steering wheel is turn or not etc. What a joke.Also they said change engine oil and filters but at the moment I don't trust. So I stop my car on the road and check is the engine oil are change.We came for dealership service because of the Trust. But this is what we get.Also as a customer We don't care it's a weekday or weekend even someone funeral, we want to do our car service properly.So the major service they charge me 390 pounds.Also they given car wash and vacuum and look at the pic how good they are.So I want to say one thing, if you love your car and want to do proper service.DON'T GO FOR SERVICE HERE .THIS IS MY FIRST AND THE LAST VISIT AT Stellantis &You Vauxhall Hayes.

During my interaction with Mr. Chris, I found his demeanor to be extremely rude and unprofessional. His tone and behavior were discourteous, and he did not exhibit the level of professionalism that one would expect when dealing with customer concerns.Furthermore, what was particularly frustrating was Mr. Chris's attempt to charge for a service that should have been covered under warranty.Given my experience with Mr. Chris and the attempt to charge for warranty-covered services, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this particular service provider.I believe that customer service should be a positive and helpful experience. Sadly, my experience with Mr. Chris was quite the opposite.Experiences may vary, and it is possible that my experience was an isolated incident. Nevertheless, I felt it necessary to share my perspective for the benefit of potential customers.

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received at Stellantis Hayes by none other than Adrijus Stulgys. The level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by him was exceptional. He went above and beyond to address my needs promptly and effectively. This experience has truly set a high standard for customer service

I have really struggled today to go through Vauxhall at Hays. I spent all day calling the call centre to get through Hays to obtain an update on the order. Every time they put me through, the line was either cut or not answered. I asked the call centre to send a message to Hays branch to call me and someone call SAT called twice when I was on other call and that was it. I told SAT to call later but he did not. My real view is that Vauxhall has far low customer service when I compare to Audi and VW at Ruislip. Sometimes the staff at the call centre either not very helpful or not polite. SAT showed such as disgraceful attitude that I did not appreciate. Overall now I have decided this is the last time that I buy car from Vauxhall due to very poor customer service.Joseph – 06/12/2023K. MAREK. Is the only best Sales person at Vauxhall @ Hays. I met with a sales Advisor K. MAREK at Vauxhall Hays. He is an absolute diamond and best sales person I have ever met. In my opinion the Vauxhall dealership should recognise his great service that he offers to customers. KRZYSZROF IS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTATED PERSON WHO ACTS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY SUPPORTIVE. YOU IMMEDIATELY TRUST HIM AND BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL GET A GREAT SERVICE. I cannot say enough about how good he is that I just forgot about visiting other brands and in fact just signed up the new purchase of Vauxhall MOKKA. Thank you to the team at Vauxhall Hayes for collecting my vehicle for service and MOT. Was collected on time, stress free. Got a video of the work carried out which explained some items I needed. My car was cleaned and delivered back to me. The delivery driver was very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Issue with Robins and Day Yeading vauxhall dealership. My car went in for annual service. Whilst in their posession damage not prevuliously present was caused . I have spent 1.5 years still trying to resolve this issue.Initially they denied causing the damage. They told me they reviewd CCTV footage but funny thing they offered to repair the damage knowing they caused the damage I'm guessing. I took car in they took photos. They said they were looking for a repair scheme. Then all of a sudden they stopped responding to all emails. I have recently contacted Vauxhall Customer Care team from Vauxhall. They have told me the manager never responds to them either and Vauxhalls are unhappy with this dealership to. The manager is Lewis Hunt and is behaving very childish not responding to customers and Vauxhalls. Vauxhall Customer Care also told me that Lewis Hunt avoids all calls with them.
