In my opinion i would not trust this company. As a local resident facing development planning applications previously blocked (unusual in this day) on multiple grounds. Big pockets buisness clearly wont take no for a awnser. Profit is king- not sure why i would trust there buildings therfore

Wain Homes - Linley Grange
Large build estate of newish homes, accessed off the main road through the village. The main road can be very busy at times so getting out of the estate can be a bit tricky. Once on the estate it is very peaceful and surrounded by countryside. Houses consist of flats, semi-detached & detached - all with parking and garden areas.
