I would have given them a 5 star review based on the servive and price I got when ordering a large qty of wood for a building project.However when it was delivered some of the wood was badly warped. I know wood can twist and warp but some of it was banana shaped. I took pictures as it was coming off the lorry and was expecting it to be replaced or at least get a partial refund. After several emails to get an answer I was told they would only accept it back with a 15% re-stocking charge? Sadly this means I won't be placing any future orders with them. I don't think it is too much to ask that the wood you buy is actually usable. Before you buy from them be aware that if they send you substandard product you will have to pay them to take it back.

Great builders merchants. If they don't have what your looking for in stock, they will always try to get it for you ASAP.
