Customer service like it used to be! If they worked any harder they would be running out to fill my car with fuel and wash the windscreen! Excellent service, fantastic communication, balls delivered overnight and rackets restrung and ready to go. Thank you! Even strung my kids racquet in fairy unicorn purple... what more can I say!

It was my first time using pro-string in London. Quality and efficient service. Dropped my badminton racket there in the evening and got it back after two days. Highly recommend Ray! He is friendly and very professional. Glad to know that my racket was in good hands!

I used the Pro Strings express service for a racket restring. Spoke to Ray who was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me select the correct strings and tension I was after. I dropped my racket off with Matt who completed the job within half an hour. Very happy with the strings and the service provided.

Super easy, super flexible and stellar job. I dropped off my racket in the evening, then when it was ready I was on holiday so Raymond cycled to meet my brother to pick it up in Hammersmith. Quality customer service!
