Staff follow you around the store and have no clue about black hair types.. they also got rid of the brighter braiding hair in bigger packets so I’ll be looking to shop elsewhere

Won’t buy shampoo/conditioner from them again as I’m pretty sure it’s diluted. Braiding hair is expensive for what it is and don’t appreciate being followed around the store - which happens every time I go. This is not unique to me, every person I’ve spoken to that’s visited has said the same. Considering the vast majority of their customers are black, you’d think they’d treat black people with less contempt - but this is not the case. Some staff are helpful, but the majority won’t be able to help as they have little understanding of black hair.

Terrible service, man named Bissat and his colleagues were extremely rude and disrespectful and swearing at me in their language that they thought I didn’t understand all due to me asking to return something that was brand new. They will not accept any returns even if the receipt says so. Don’t waste ur money here, if you are unhappy with a product they don’t care.

Really sad to give this review after years of being a customer, the old owners/workers were really nice and always helpful, they are like always be keen to get the perfect match and spend time taking care for the customer… since the change of owner it’s gone so down hill, they’re rude, can’t be bothered to help and make you feel stupid and uncomfortable. Its a lot of money and a very personal situation so some grace should be expected. Very disappointed.

Lots of products for hair! They have ALMOST everything that you need! They didn't have what I was after however they do have a vast plethora of goods that are definitely worth going back for! Very good prices as well and such a huge variety you will spend a long long time looking through them and will definitely end up walking out with more than you went in to get.Every kind of hair product you can imagine almost. Some I never knew existed til I went there! Do pop in and have a look especially if you have... hair , or even if you don't! They do wigs and weaves too.. pretty much anything hair related.
