Bought a sym symphony sr50 from Dave woods just over 9 months ago. Yeah despite having a few problems but that only caused by overfill oil but no errors from them. They fix it well and quick and after all my problems from my moped, it working absolutely brilliantly. So yeah, thank you Dave woods from all hard work and I will see you again. And by the well people, SYM's are very popular in York.

Took a moped in with intermittent engine problems. Dave Wood diagnosed problem with piston and cylinder, badly worn due to a previous owner's having run it without oil, and also diagnosed a separate problem with the carburettor. Fixed both problems quickly and at very reasonable cost. Excellent service and I am happy to recommend.

Dave woods himself was a nice guy it seemed at first, but after purchasing a bike from him his attitude towards me changed, I would take my bike in for it's regular service but soon realized nothing was being actually serviced on my bike at all, had to get another mechanic to fix simple faults I was already paying for, and had already asked about.In my opinion they are friendly to make the sale, after that they are terrible, the mechanic is lazy and rude, I will never recommend this shop to anyone in my life!! Terrible customer service and care!

I have never met such an obnoxious individual in my life. I popped in to inquire about a Royal Enfield recall issue and was met with a patronizing and extremely unhelpful response from who I presume, is the owner. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid.
