Absolutely amazing service from start to finish were polite helpful friendly and spot on time x staff were amazing to myself and my elderly father and our little blue fffffooorrrddd highy recommend can't thank them enough x

Brake discs and pads done in this garage, after a few days squeaky noise come from brakes when breaking, also could hear a rattle noise over wee holes and cracks on the street and knock when brake been applied on reverse gear.I went there with complain, they stripped brakes cleaned them, squeaky noise gone but rattle and konocking noise not, been there 4 times with this problem. They said it is a drop links for sure ( Craig said: i would bet all my money on it but if it is not that then we will change parts step bybstep to find the problem).I went to different garage, they found the brakes been assembled incomplete, some parts was missing (anti rattle springs etc). Other garage put all required parts in orderly fashion and no rattle, knocking noise occur any more, all good. That save me to spend probably lots of money to find the problem step by step". Very professional, honest and friendly service.Carried out MOT and major service works to manufacturers standards using genuine parts at a very reasonable price keeping my Audi warranty in line.Highly recommended and trusted, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time using McIntosh Autocare and certainly won't be the last.In for an M. O. T. (10/4/2023) and was accomodated at short notice after an initial contact was made. A couple of repairs with a couple of adviseries and the car was ready to go.All in all, operation is run by a very friendly family and professional unit, highly recommended.

New tires fitted. I’m very particular about my car and its condition, so someone damaging my alloys would be a real issue. I called this company before booking the car in and all I can say is, 10 out of 10. Respectful to the car, careful, considerate and no damage to my alloys. Its very rare you come across honest and trustworthy mechanics not to mention reasonable fees. Took my care in for its Major Service. Apart from the Service he brought my Audi A4 Automatic Transmission back to life. The Wiper which wasn't working whilst stationary started to work. The Automatic Start/Stop also started to work. Lastly mentioned the Engine Management Light coming on and off together with my brake pads again the advise was priceless. I will not be going anywhere else other than McIntosh Autocare. Its 5 stars for me withou any question of doubt.

Absolutely love the team at McIntosh Autocare, they make taking my car in for repair simple and painless. They make sure to keep me in the loop, I never ever feel like the prices are unfair for the work done as well. They are friendly and are never afraid to answer any questions you may have, they also show me what has happened with parts as well, and as someone who regularly works on their car when they can it's amazing to see and gain knowledge from when I'm unable to do something myself!! I will always use McIntosh Autocare!
