Can't say enought about this amazing hat shop. I am on a tight timescale to get my hat. No need to worry, both ladies made us feel welcome and relaxed. After lots of fun and laughs, I left with my hatDefinitely would recommend to anyone.

Lovely experience in Elegance, Kayti, Lynda and Gail were all so polite and very happy to help. I had to return my hat and get a new one due to a dress malfunction and nothing was ever an issue for them, they were a pleasure to deal with. 10/10

Such a wonderful experience at Elegance today. We were served by the lovely Katie who just made the whole experience really relaxing. She was so helpful and patient with us. There were so many gorgeous styles to choose from. I am delighted with my choice as mother of the bride!

Absolutely despicable behaviour from the staff today. They are extortionatly rude and bad mannered they will make you feel uncomfortable by giving you dirty looks whilst looking at there pieces and if I'm honest that is the whole reason I am making this review as the staff are so impolite and think they can make cheeky remarks about people it is not on! Sort this out as customer service is a key part of the whole experience UP YOUR GAME.

Absolutely loved my hair piece that kayti picked out for me. Went perfectly with my outfit. She also kindly done this over FaceTime for me as I couldn’t get threw to the shop. Even adding in little extras to go with my heels. The attention to detail is second to none. Will be recommending to everyone I know. Such a lovely shop and so friendly and welcoming.Thank you again x

Fantastic independent specialist hat shop. We couldn’t find the exact colours to match my mum’s outfit so they created a bespoke fascinator with specially dyed feathers to get the exact match. They could not have been more helpful. Glad to see specialist services like this are still available in Perth. . We could not have got the same level of care & attention online or in a large store. Worth travelling to and especially worth choosing them so that we can continue to have such great specialist shops.
