Ordered through Just eat, meal arrived with 2x mini fillet burgers missing from bag when we had been charged. Rang KFC Prestonto sort the guy argued with me that I had not ordered from there, they stuck a Uber Eats sticker on the order so clearly have no clue what they are doing. Then I got told they can't send the food out, so that's a 9 year old with no tea tonight. Absolutely useless and disgraceful, don't offer a service, make a mistake and not sort it out, quick to take money and not deliver the product.

It was really getting busy for lunch time.Really impressive service with good parking space. The staff were very polite and customer friendly. Tables and toilet were all kept very clean. Really well maintained by the staff.

KFC Preston - Ashton on Ribble
This is the first time I've done a review for KFC as the food was shocking. (Chicken was too oily and dark).I ordered a 6 piece wicked variety and they gave me 5 pieces of leg and 1 thigh.Not sure why they're being so stingy with the chicken pieces.Sorry but management needs to sort out the food quality here.

KFC Preston - Ashton on Ribble
This KFC is just like every other KFC, you order your meal from one of the three machines and then collect it from the counter when your number is called out, there is very little contact with other humans, the place has a very cold atmosphere as people eat their meals, there is no back ground music and no noise from people chatting. Maybe KFC plans it this way as to get you inside and then fed and out of the door and on your way.

We choose this kfc over closer options, as it has better food quality/ friendlier staff.Food is always spot on. Nothing is ever missing from the order and we always get utensils for the sides! (Beans)

Got the gravy burger meal as advertised on TV every two minutes.Very disappointed. Chicken fillet was dry and tasteless.It looked nothing like the burger on the TV.KFC should just stick to what they know and not sell tasteless gimmicks.

The food was quite good but i have to say the old fries are just best, the new ones are bland and i need lots of salt to make it taste better, but their bonless chicken meals are good. Chicken was soft, batter crunchy but the view is just a car park which just ruins it but, 4/5
