We took our son’s gaming PC in for some upgrades and to fix some software problems, they were absolutely fantastic, they gave us great advice and customer service, they sorted it all out on the day and it’s now running better than it ever has! We will definitely be back if we need anything else fixing on this PC or for the next one!Thank you very much tech hero’s!

I design, configure and manage databases but honestly have no idea when it comes to pc desktop support. My brain only copes with the web applications I work with. These guys took my new all-in-one, cloned my old desktop so that in my own words I can just switch it on and it will look exactly like my old pc

I brought my laptop in without an appointment as I had problems switching it on. Martin went above and beyond to identify and fix the issue within half an hour whilst I waited. An excellent service and I would definitely recommend Tech Heroes.

One of the best Experiences I have had dealing with any Company. First first class from the moment I entered the shop I was filled with confidence. The job undertaken was competitively priced and during the day I had various email updates as to the Progress. When the job was completed and I had another email to tell me. Martin of The Tech Heroes does an excellent service. As well as putting things right with computers he takes time to explain things to non tech customers. From time to time he has workshops for people to build their own gaming machines. He sells a variety of items that are needed in the tech world. Laptops, printers , inks, paper, connecting cables and desktop computers as well as gaming items.I have known Martin since he opened the premises in Cefyn y Bedd near Wrexham and he has built a fine business up and is in the process of opening another in Oswestry.

Recently had my desktop PC updated, I was advised that some innards needed replacing. It's now super fast and everything there before is still there..Great service at a reasonable price.I would thoroughly recommend them.

Had my laptop fixed last year, getting more storage. Storage issue was indeed fixed but since visiting this shop my laptop blue screens almost every time I use it.
