I’ve struggled to find the exact words to describe the exceptional experience I have had with Blackfords. I have been a client of Blackfords for nearly 4 years and I’ve known Kiran Gibson since the start. As a solicitor, she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Her sheer devotion and dedication to ensure the best outcome for her client is unmatched. Her integrity and honesty is inspiring. I’m confident in saying that it would be a real struggle to find a solicitor like this anywhere else. Kiran is truly gifted in her ability to show compassion in difficult situations and demonstrate incredible grit when is necessary. Terrible service. Lawyer was half an hour late for my appointment phone call. Gave no advice at all for my divorce. Told me to ‘call the court I’m sure it’s gone through’. (called the court, my divorce has not gone through) I called Woking black cords to make a complaint. Been told that I would get a call back. Been 2 weeks and still haven’t got a call back to try and resolve my complaint . They just don’t care. Don’t ever seek advice from them, they just take your money and don’t help at all.

Absolutely shocking level of service provided by Blackfords. I was told by my allocated Solicitor to start preparing my own statement as she doesn't get paid enough to go through all the relevant paper work. Absolutely stocking and furthermore very unprofessional in approach. I actually used to use this firm before it changed to Blackfords and the directors were great, not sure what's gone wrong. I certainly wouldn't use them again especially for child protection cases involving social services. So guys please beware otherwise you'll land yourself in a place you don't want to be in.

This is a great service. Thanks to Shalin Sood, now i'm a free man and i can be next to my wife and take care of her, i can go to work, to study with any kind of problem. Please avoid this solicitors. They are working against you. Sent an apprentice to represent me.They don't help you at all or give you advice.Please avoid or ignore and later write down your complaint.Stay blessed people.
