We’re so pleased with how our bathroom turned out! It’s very well executed, especially the finish of the tiling, and exactly what we asked for, including a very specific basin from a certain manufacturer that LBC were able to order for us.It was great that the price quote included the labour costs up front - we shopped around at several other bathroom showrooms that only provided the fixtures and fittings, but I felt uncomfortable making such a large purchase without having someone out to actually see how much work needed to be done or if we were ordering the wrong size fittings, the wrong amount of tile, etc. I was very reassured by Steve coming out to take measurements of the existing situation in person. Our lead installer Tanko coordinated all the deliveries and plumbing, tiling, rubbish collection, etc and we didn’t have to do anything. Great experience overall, would highly recommend their services.

So many take the time to complain and yet not enough to say thank you for a job well done in Wimbledon…We chose London Bath Company on the back of a great first meeting with Steve and on the back of their wonderful reviews, which you think …”if I get half of that I will be pleased” but we got it all in bucket loads!It has been a total pleasure to work with London Bath Company, Steve’s design was beautiful and he remained involved in the project throughout, providing the customer service that we all desire and yet so rarely get.Our installation was done mainly by Tanko, but on occasion Andrew, was on site to assist – not only were they lovely people but what amazing craftsman who have such pride in their work, which has resulted in beautiful bathrooms.Payments and costs are extremely clear and fixed - nothing hidden - I always feel the bit that leaves a bad taste at the end of a build is overruns - I haven't had anything like this from the London bath company.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.

From start to finish, the London Bath Co has been exceptional with workmanship and customer service. Our guest bathroom is stunning and has that hotel-quality about it. We were really lucky to have Tom, the installer. He was tidy, professional and diligent. I'd highly recommend Steve and his team for any bathroom works.

The entire process with the London Bath Co. was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Egis the installer did an absolutely phenomenal job! Both the bathroom and bathroom area look absolutely phenomenal and I couldn’t be happy with the end result. I will most definitely use them again when I move onto my next bathroom project.

After much looking and around and discussing the options with some local builders and John Lewis, we found London Bath Company online. Liking what we saw in the examples, we made an appointment with Steve to come over. We have a small space in a third floor 1BR flat and there are definitely challenges with the antique plumbing, etc.In less than an hour, he had sketched out a proposal that we really liked for a total reconfiguration of the bathroom – removing a bath, adding an enclosed shower and repositioning the WC. A few days later we met with Veronika and decided to move forward with the project. We had a few meetings to go over the fixtures and design and we took their suggestion to use an Italian tile supplier near them, where we selected really nice surfaces.The scheduling of the start date was within a month and Tomasz began exactly on the day as specified. The works were carried out whilst I was abroad, but we had excellent communication via WhatsApp along the way with pictures and questions being answers almost immediately.The work took just over 3 weeks to complete. When I returned, there were several snags that I wanted to correct - Tomasz came over the very next day and completed them all beautifully.In addition to the look and feel of the bathroom, Tomasz made two great suggestions that have transformed it completely – adding thermal insulation panel to two exterior walls has made it much warmer and more comfortable. He also installed a water pump which greatly improved the water pressure and added underfloor heating which is more of a luxury than we had anticipated.All in all, from a chance internet find to a finished bathroom we were really impressed and pleased to recommend their service.

I couldn't be happier with my new en-suite bathroom from London Bath Co. They managed to meet the challenge of matching my tastes (expensive!) with my budget (limited!). Two visits with the designer and three weeks of stripped-to-the-studwork renovation and I have a fabulous new en-suite. They even managed to find me an early start date for construction. Sophie-Anne (designer), Karen (project manager), Tom and Pavel (construction team) were amazing from start to finish. Tom especially kept the project moving at pace and was extremely patient in answering my many questions. This project was definitely an investment... and worth every penny!

We needed our bathroom to be renovated quickly as we knew we had a leak that was going into our basement below. We had a design appointment with Andre at London Bath Co's St. John's Wood showroom and he was fantastic. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but he was so patient with us and gave us his advice and we arrived at a design we were delighted with. Because London Bath Co have their own directly employed installers, we had a really quick turnaround between design and installation. We did have some additional costs as it was necessary to replace rotten joists in the floor, but we'd anticipated this and the project was still completed on schedule. We were out of the country while the work was done, but Jamie gave us regular progress reports with photos and when we returned home the property was in immaculate condition. Our installer Yuuri did an incredible job and we absolutely love our new bathroom. London Bath Co were not the cheapest, but I do think they're the best.

After much searching we came across the website for The London Bath Co. We made a consultation appointment for Steve to attend. Within an hour he had created a 3D drawing and proposal with our own wants and needs incorporated into the design. Having Steve listen to us and take on board both the size limitations to create a space that would fit into our lives and comforts we were most pleased.We had several meetings with Veronica to finalise the design and to ensure that even down to the toilet roll holder the whole design would be seamless. Following our meetings within a couple of weeks work began on our bathroom. Tomasz was excellent and ensured that at each step communication was happening with details of works and photos.The completed project is now another space altogether, being both practical and beautiful. We are now thinking about our next project and are hoping that Steve, Veronica and Tomasz are able to do this for us. I can absolutely recommend their service.

Thanks London Bath Co for our beautiful two new bathrooms.Steve is clearly very experienced and, in the initial consultation, put two 3D designs together within 45 minutes, which reconfigured our bathrooms completely and set his designs apart from the other companies that we considered.The team provided great customer service and made the entire renovation process hassle free. We cannot recommend The London Bath Co enough.From start to finish they managed every step of designing and fitting our new bathroom. We really didn't know it could be done this way, we had a dedicated project manager who helped us through all the initial design steps and choices we had to make.Then their incredible fitters came and in just a couple of weeks turned our box room into a luxury ensuite.We had spent quite a lot of time researching companies to use in North London and everyone we spoke to would hand us over to a local plumber to finish the job. This was how we got stung before and ended up with us having an unfinished badly installed bathroom.Steve and his team guaranteed us a seamless and stress free process from picking our tiles to enjoying our first shower and they really delivered.Thanks guys, can't thank you enough.
