Good selection of items . Customer service isnt great, told me a parcel didnt arrive when it did. Had to show tracking information to get them to scan the parcel in. Disappointing.

For a local shop..its a little expensive...Staff are great and friendly..

I used this shop as a collection point for my nespresso coffee pods; it's seems to have a little bit of everything there. Quite convenient

Very Greedy person, Black & White Printout Charge is £1 per Page & gave me Receipt Description News Mega Books & gave me reason Printer Ink is very expensive.Very Bad Ethics.

If I could give zero stars I wouldVery cold worker & absolutely harsh to you for for no reason. If you’re sensitive like me & come across this shopkeeper he’s able to ruin your entire day just with how rude he is. Bought some eggs & asked for my receipt & he said in a rude tone “ask for receipt before the transaction” in a really impolite & demanding way as if I was supposed to know. Most stores ask for receipts after transaction which is what I did, so the coldness was uncalled for!Then I said usually when I come to that store (nijar supermarket) they let me ask for receipt after transaction. Then he said “no i never said that” & I meant that another person who worked at that store let me ask for receipt afterwards .Rude & blunt shopkeeper when all I asked for was a receipt after a transaction which is normal. Not a friendly person AT all & didn’t know how to talk to meI do nothing but come to this store regularly & usually the other employees are okay but specific guy was just cold for no reason. Didn’t even say hello when serving me & just dismissed me the whole time.

This is my local and for me it's not just the convenience, there are a multitude of shops on my road of which to choose. What keeps me coming back to this one in particular. Is the staff.It feels like how shops used to be, they will make an effort to get to know you and make you feel warm and welcomed.Generally the beer prices are the best within the area and there's a decent variety of stock. I'd recommend.

DO NOT use this place for your DHL parcel delivery. It is one of DHL's collection points, and they should accept DHL parcel deliveries. However, today (16th October) my DHL parcel was refused when the driver attempted to deliver it there! Absolutely disgraceful. Not recommended. Would have given this place zero stars.
