Fantastic service from Simon. So helpful and not judgemental whatever your level of playing is, he is just happy to help and is so enthusiastic about guitars. If you can the shop is a must visit as some of the guitars he has in are stunning, the pictures don’t do them justice.Will certainly be back now I’ve got the bug again and he has my SG setup beautifully.

Visited windmill guitars last Friday and bought a beautiful Eastman koa ltd edition from Simon. Very friendly and informative service. Simon showed me what he had in pre owned and new guitars. Really fantastic shop I will return in the future.

Nobody more knowledgeable or as patient as Simon. We drive past other, closer music shops to go here. Great stock, great atmosphere, great craic and great prices. Cannot praise Windmill enough.

Just the best guitar store in NI bar none. Super relaxed vibe (unusual for a guitar store, eh?!) incredible range of gear, and competitive prices - even vs. the web. Simon is a proper Guitar Nerd-I’ve bought my fair share of guitars & pedals from him and his knowledge, advice and passion is second to none. I honestly can’t recommend Windmill Guitars enough.

Can't go in the shop without hurting the wallet, quality gear with a good range of guitars, amps, pedals! Recently bought a Fender Blues deluxe amp that had gone through a recent service (as with all of the stuff the resell). Thanks to Simon for sorting me out - will see you again shortly in 2021 wallet permitting!

Poor customer service, person at the till didn't seem to want to listen, was quite impatient, and overall rude. Not impressed. Had been a couple years ago and was very friendly, however that was a different staff member. Unfortunate as the shop it's self is nice and had good experience here in the past. I won't be going back anytime soon.

This shop is a gem, based right here in N Ireland. They have a great range of Eastman handmade guitars. The owner is the sole agent for Eastman guitars in N Ireland. These guitars match the Martin guitar sizes, eg e20OM and D8. My ears are well tuned to the Martin D28 sound, and I couldn't believe when I played the Eastman D8. They are about half the price. The owner Simon is extremely knowledgable about his products. This shop is well worth a trip for guitar enthusiasts. I bought an Eastman e20om and cannot believe the sound quality and beauty of this guitar.

Windmill sold a guitar amp on my behalf. Simon did a great job marketing the amp, kept me regularly updated on what he was doing and interest in the item.Simon got for me the amount I wanted for the amp and I hope the purchaser got what they feel was a good deal.I would recommend Simon and Windmill to anyone who wishes to buy and sell gear. He will work tirelessly on behalf of the customer.Check them out.
