Great gym that caters for all levels. People there are all friendly and are always willing to help. The instructor is a well experienced and one of the best mma fighters in the uk.

Superb BJJ team, If you're unsure, have doubts or hesitation, please be reassured their a very warm and welcoming team and will help give an introduction to BJJ that is around your level, from beginner onwards. It's phenomenal for exercise confidence, comradery and community.
