Ultimate Waxing give a very professional service. New to the salon, which is situated in Heywood, Candice (the owner) made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I will recommend this salon to all my friends and I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

Went for full leg and underarm wax today. First time I’d been to this salon and will definitely be going back. Holly was my beautician and did a great job. Really chatty and happy in her work and very professional. This is the first time it didn’t hurt having underarms done and she was so quick! Highly recommend and will definitely be asking for Holly next time!

Had my lashes done by racheal.Super impressed with racheal's work I will not have them done by anyone else from now on HIGHLY recommended. I have been getting my lashe's done for over four year and these are by far thee best i love love love them!!!

Absolutely fabulous service. I have been a few times and it is the best waxing experience I’ve had in the 10 years I have been having waxes. Totally worth the travel and I feel comfortable and welcomed every time I visit. Me and Candice talk the whole way through which makes the treatment fly by! Every time i leave the girls say if I struggle to make another appointment for when I’m available to give them a call and they will be able to shuffle the diary as best they can to accommodate. The booking system online is so easy as well which makes booking appointments a breeze! Wonderful staff can’t recommend enough.

I've never been so happy with a waxing or beauty experience until going to Ultimate Waxing. Both Ninette and Candice are fanatastic at what they do and my eyebrows have never looked so good. I had my first ever intimate wax with Candice just before Christmas and I've never felt more at ease and pleased with the results! Thank you ladies and see you in a few weeks!

On my way there I was so nervous cos this is my ever first time going for brazillian wax or even waxing by someone else, but from the moment in came in through the front door, Candice made me feel comfortable, laughed and chatted through all the pain. I have been going to Candice for over 5 years, she is very professional and puts you at ease in what can be a daunting experience. I have already recommended her to several friends who in turn have done the same. Friendly and professional staff and a lovely setting, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Candice cancelled appointment, with a good reason which is fine.Read and ignored my FB message and email about rebooking.Emailed again to chase up and finally got a reply with a day and time, I answered to confirm.Never got a reply again nor a booking confirmation email.Turned up just incase, was definitely there but didn't answer the door, went back past 2 hours later and the shutters were down.Emailed again about waiting around and got ignored, not even so much as a sorry.I don't like leaving bad reviews but the ignorance set my anxiety into overdrive and I'm p*ssed I've waited for absolutely nothing when I could have gone elsewhere in the mean time.Such a shame as she actually does a really good job.1 star for the good job.1 for putting people at ease.3 off for the poor communication, wasting my time and contributing to my already hightened anxiety.Put me off going anywhere at all now.

Ultimate Waxing is a brilliant salon, that I cannot recommend highly enough. It's located close to the Rok in Bury, lots of parking close by, and is close to the tram and bus station. Though your first wax can be a bit nerve wracking, not so here. Candice instantly puts you at ease and is really friendly whilst being a complete professional. The wax she uses is super friendly and doesn't hurt at all, she's always happy to give out tips and aftercare advice. Put simply she's the best at what she does, I happily drive 40 minutes for my appointment, the only thing i would recommend is to book your appointments well in advance. She does get booked up quite quickly,which reassuringly confirms how good she is.
