Afraid staff training is lacking & Manager seems to feel it’s his right to spend 10 minutes on mobile. and losing many sales for foot ware . Customers need better service or risk of this store going from lime Square .

Was alrite the 2 people that served were great. Extremely helpful and patient. I bought 2 pairs of shoes close to closing time and they was so so helpfull.

Partner received parking £100 fine after doing her retail therapy there. Stopped just over 3 hours. Unfortunately she won't be back. That's her penalty against them! Shame that, good shop along with good retail park. When will they learn?

Plenty of choice.Reasonably priced.Good service but unfortunately didnt have the size shoes we needed but the assistant rang round and located a pair in Warrington which will be sent to the Openshaw store by Friday. x x x

Quite a wide range of shoes .I'd say not the hight of fashion for teenagers .plenty to choose from for young 1ns and the middle to older person

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the store is tidy with plenty of choice. There is a free carpark outside too the only down side is the size I want always seems to be out of stock but they will order them in

I Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and reserved then i click and collect ,after i got to the store i showed my reciept to a member of staff who produced my order from behind the counter,he then made sure i had checked they were the correct items ,which i agreed they were. they i made my payment via debit card which was done quickly ,the stroe looked clean and tidy and the customer service i recieved was greatThis is not the first time i have bought shoes from the openshaw store

Cheap and cheerful shoes for all ages. Store is a good size the car park is small but it's not a busy place so should be OK. Staff are helpful.

Only wanted a pair of leather shoes for work unfortunately they only had plastic ones I'm stock in my size 10.Apparently I can order on line but want to try them on to make sure of size and comfort.
