unbelievably bad, on friday 19/09/2019 i waited for the 9.05 am train to birmingham, it said ON TIME on the display till 9.04 then they announced it will be running 8 minutes late, i thought to hell with this so i got the 9.10 to kidderminster instead because that came into platform 1 on time, it was 9.26 when i got into kidderminster & the 9.05 train hadnt even got to kidderminster yet, as i got off the train the public address system said that train will now be expected to reach kidderminster at 9.36 which means it wont roll into hagley till at least 9,50 a full 45 minutes late, try & avoid this station, from now on im using the bus at hagley as the bus is never more than 15 minutes late.

Average train station, the building is only open occasionally.

Recent event was superb. Very friendly and helpful bar staff. Landlady Kay is incredibly accommodating. Generally, a warm, welcoming pub we recommend.

Great place to go for food and drink. Always enjoy a visit
