My experience at Bridal Reloved was just phenomenal. I could rave about about how much I love their ethos and how much I appreciate their commitment to sustainability all day; but my main take away was just the amazing time I had with the team and finding my dress.From the moment I walked in my nan and I were welcomed so warmly, and after about ten minutes it was like being in the company of old friends. They were so supportive and honest about what looked good (and not so good) on my body. There was absolutely no selling, just support. As I have endometriosis I was really nervous about finding a dress that wouldn't show if I bloated on the day, and I was given honest advice about fabrics and skirt shapes.My absolute favourite thing was all the little touches. They had a sign with my name on to it welcome me and I went home with a small bottle of yummy fizz (with a silver sixpence for my shoe!) and a hair scrunchie made from a recycled dress.I highly recommend any bride shopping here!

Went today in need of a dress for 2 months time! And found the perfect one. So many beautiful dresses at such good prices. The woman working was so so lovely and made me feel so calm and beautiful. Couldn’t be happier ❤️

Had the most wonderful experience finding my dress at Bridal Reloved Dorchester (Poundbury) yesterday and HAD to come and rave about it! The wonderful ladies of Bridal Reloved Dorchester welcomed us so warmly and treated us with great kindness and enthusiasm throughout! I really felt like my ideas were heard from the start and there was so much effort to get to know me as an individual bride! I was a little stuck on what dress suited me best so we tried and re-tried on so many, I was given advice on what suited my body shape and what could be done to each gown to make it the perfect look and fit for me! No time or expense spared! I bought a gorgeous ALine dress (a style I never thought I would purchase) and I love it! Thank you for making my once in a lifetime experience so beautiful! - A very happy Eco Bride :) xx

Prom dress shopping for my daughter, FANTASTIC customer service!! Vicky was amazing, she asked a few questions & then pulled out a suggestion she thought would fit what my daughter had said she liked the idea of. It fit perfectly & looks incredible, she is over the moon with it! Cannot thank you enough for your help! Definitely highly recommend!

Bridal Reloved in Poundbury very kindly opened up especially for us during what should have been a closed period before Christmas. Diane explained the ethos behind the set up and the positive environmental impact that comes with buying second-hand that we hadn't really considered before. There was the most amazing selection of top designer dresses at unbelievable prices. All the dresses were in perfect condition and a huge selection in my daughter's size range to choose from. There was absolutely no time limit or pressure to buy, just brilliant guidance from Diane, whose many years of experience in dressing brides shone through to make it the relaxed and enjoyable experience every bride wishes for.

I cannot recommend Bridal Reloved Dorchester store highly enough! I actually purchased my dream wedding dress from the Sawston store but the Dorchester store took over my aftercare, as I live in Dorchester. The lovely ladies in the shop made me feel welcome and special from the moment I first walked in. My dress needed some alterations and I asked for a lace bolero to complement it. Emily, the amazing seamstress, assured me that she could make me a bolero and do all the alterations. She was so calm and reassuring that I never once worried that there might be a problem. Each time I went to try the dress on, the ladies were so helpful, with little tips about my hair, make up and even what underwear to wear on the big day. Emily created the most stunningly beautiful lace bolero and did all of the alterations on my dress, all for a very reasonable price. Then, when I went to collect my beautiful wedding dress, I was presented with a good luck card and a mini bottle of Prosecco, which made me feel very special and added to the excitement of the wedding day. It was a lovely personal touch. I can't thank the lovely Bridal Reloved ladies enough and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their dream wedding dress.

Absolutely loved shopping for my wedding dress here, what a dream from start to finish during my visit. I was so nervous but the staff felt like old friends within minutes,they were accommodating and genuine, helping me find the right dress for my shape, without rushing me, it felt so personal and was so much fun. Genuinely lovely bunch of girls. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much.

I loved Bridal Reloved huge selection of pre-owned/sample designer dresses. It was so much fun trying on different types of dresses and ending up with a dress that I had not originally envisioned but I fell in love with it. Thank you for a lovely experience.
