Randles Chartered Surveyors

I have been using Randles for my house purchase and have been completely satisfied with them. I decided to go with a local surveyor rather than a 'big-name' surveyor and do not regret this in any way.From what I can tell, the practice is completely independent and run by just Peter and John. This is great because I knew I would always be able to reach either of them and my case not be palmed-off to a junior. The (acceptable) downside was that it was on occasion difficult to reach them due to both of them attending site inspections.The full structural survey I received was extremely comprehensive (29 pages!) and highlighted all issues I could possibly have wanted to know about. They were also able to address specific enquiries (such as condition of an underground air-raid shelter) I had made rather than churn out a generic report.The fact that Randles also quoted me a lower price than other local surveyors attached to estate agents was an additional bonus. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again in the future.

Responsive, reliable and a swift survey completed for a house purchase. I would highly recommend.
