Dr Jack Henry Kitson , was brilliant today on resolving my dental abscess. He was patient, explained everything very clearly and performed a what is usually perceived as a painful procedure ( tooth extraction) with such care and compassionate and took the time to ensure i was pain free at all times during the procedure. Will definitely recommend him and Willows Dentistry for all your dental needs!! Thank you so much !

I wish I found Willows Dentistry years ago. I had a massive fear of the dentist and over the years it was harder and harder to go to one. I tried though, I tried two others in Hereford but I didn't like how I was treated in either - so I didn't go back. First impressions count and from the first point of contact with Willows, they have been amazing. The moment I walked in I was welcomed by the Reception team. Jai is fantastic at what he does and is very reassuring, which helped and I was made to feel comfortable immediately. It was clear my teeth were the priority and not the monetary value of what he could get from me. Jai, Liz and Freya (hygienist) are phenomenal, fact! If you're a worrier like I was, go to Willows Dentistry you wont regret it!

Attended at short notice , fantastic treatment from start to finish , the results are perfect , total empathy was shown of my situation ,I find it hard to recommend good quality service but I can 100 percent recommend this dentist and feel like Iv had a makeover !

I joined this practice in October 2019 having moved to Hereford from London.From the reception staff to Dentist & today my first appointment with Nathalie, Hygienist, not of course forgetting the Dental Nurses, I would rate the Practice and staff very highly. I have visited Willow's Dentistry twice now for lip fillers with Dr Tulacz. The dentist offers late appointments on a Wednesday which was perfect for me to come in after work. The receptionist was polite and the nurses were extremely helpful. The dentist was patient with me and communicated through the experience to calm me. I would recommend 100% for perfect lips!

I’ve been going to Willows for about five years on and off, and every time I go I’m happy with the service. All the dentists I’ve seen are professional and thorough and make me feel like I’m in good hands. It’s a good feeling to walk out feeling valued after every appointment. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Words cannot fully express my sincere gratitude to J and all the team, dental nurses, receptionists and auxillary staff past and present...too many to mention, plus I don't know or remember everyone's names...but I will try to explain how this team has managed to change my perception of experts in the field of dentistry. All too often, and I do speak from previous personal experience...and for a multitude of reasons, I had been left with negative experiences of what should be a caring and health promoting activity.I was and am therefore pleasantly surprised by the warmth and genuine care, help, advice and treatment I received from the team. Sometimes you just want someone to listen to what you want and then be advised how feasible any particular dental treatment is...and be guided in the best possible direction.The end result of becoming a patient of this practice over the last few years for myself being, I have without a shadow of a doubt received appropriate and high quality treatment and support, the aesthetic improvement to my teeth...( I had decided I wanted all of my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with bio white fillings (that probably isn't the correct technical term)..and the immediate transformation and the confidence it gave me...not to hide my teeth, but even to get used to smiling again, was on its own worth every penny of what was ultimately a small price to privately pay for a natural looking as opposed to black and silver coloured filling materials (amalgam/mercury/etc)Whilst not all people or even that many dental professionals recognise the potential for harm that can arise for some people from exposure to some of the materials used (I'm pointing the finger at mercury here)...there is a steadily growing pile of scientific reports and literature that have and continue to document very real detrimental effects, both from placement of the fillings and from a low but ongoing release of mercury (vapours...for want of the proper word) that is at least implicated, if not proven.If you are reading this, having read a little about the subject...but not being sure what to do for the best....take my advice, you won't look back and regret it after you have been through the process. Whilst I can only offer anecdotal evidence...I feel and look better....and that does it for me....it may very well do it for you too.The team at this practice will look after you throughout the process, they adhere to certain recommended practices to minimise any further unnecessary exposure that can potentially result from standard dental operating procedures.They get the thumbs up from me and heartfelt thanks.Craig

It has been a long time since I have visited the dentist due to a 20 year phobia and was extremely nervous this morning when I came in for my appointment. But thanks to the lovely lady at the reception and the dentist who looked at my teeth and took the time to talk about my fears with me I felt instantly at ease and I'm not so worried about coming back to get some work done.Lovely waiting area and atmosphere aswell.

Jai did an absolutely amazing job. My confidence has soared. Professional, polite, kind but also, puts you at ease. It has been life changing for me. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you so, so much.

I had lip fillers done here and the gentleman that did it was great! I was a little nervous but he talked me through it and made me feel very relaxed. The practice was great with giving me advice on after care and made the whole experience very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here again.
