Please do yourself a favour and do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this company, unless you feel like throwing your money in the trash. They will send you the wrong order and never refund you and won't even reply to your emails and calls unless you start disputing the transaction with PayPal or your credit card company. I ordered for 1000$ paid 300$ in customs and got an order of some other customer worth 200$. They are a scam and extremely unprofessional sending their relatives on websites to write good reviews.

VERY POOR QUALITY & FAULTY PRODUCTS. NO REFUND WHEN RETURNED, STOPPED RESPONDING TO EMAILS. A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE.I received several items that were damaged/faulty or poor workmanship as part of a large order. The issues ranged from loose threads, little marks, shorter uneven frills and visibly asymmetrical sewing, which in some cases caused uneven garments that would look visibly defective when worn. I sent photographs of the affected pieces immediately to Babez London, for which they apologised and agreed to send me a prepaid return label for the entire order.Despite reporting the issues with photographic evidence to support immediately after receiving the order, and being told I would get a refund, I was palmed off with a store credit.Once they had received the order back they informed me that they would only provide a store credit, despite items clearly being defective or seconds quality.It has to be said also that their return policy is impractical and unreasonable, return to them within 3 days of receiving the order yet they only issued a return label after 3 days. The return was posted the within two days after receiving the return label yet they claim I breached their return terms. A dreadful company to deal with that supplies inferior poor quality products.Babez london have stopped responding to me so I now have to commence a claim to recover my funds via the courts service moneyclaim.gov.uk.I don't agree to your reply as I received an email from you much later than 48 hours- please see attached photo..The garments are clearly faulty or damaged, there were pulls for example. The workmanship was very poor on other garments and I have sent photographs to support this. You state in your terms, which I have copied, that I can choose a refund in the event of receiving damaged or faulty items, which I have requested but you are refusing to issue. I do not wish to place a further order based upon the experience I have had with the quality of my last order. I will as stated before, commence a claim via county court on Monday if I am not issued with a refund and we will let a judge decide.

Made my order, a week after no updates I started calling them,no answer. Wrote an email, eventually they replied that everything I ordered not in stock. Asked for refund.no answer. Very disappointing. Dont have business with them,it's so bad.

Was happy to receive my order in good time, but was unhappy about the quality of the product. What was even worse was the fact that I sent the package back on next day delivery and have been told no one has received it. I am yet to receive my £50 refund or some sort of support from their team in dealing with the matter.Bare in mind it's been about seven weeks now... Word of advice, don't expect a refund if you decide to return your goods. I learned the hard way!

Placed an order 7 days ago. Some stock became unavailable so I rang babez London and they couldn't have been more helpful. Replaced my item for something extremely similar, helped me in choosing and finding out current stock levels.Order was with me the next day and I'm over the moon. I will be shopping again for my customers 100%
