I have been with Ollie for 6 weeks so far and I’m definitely seeing and feeling the difference! I feel fitter and stronger and generally have more energy. Being in my mid-fifties, my weight was spiralling and I was generally feeling very low with myself and had lost all confidence regarding exercise. Due to injuring myself previously and having a lower back weakness, I was worried about starting exercise again as I’d done no exercise for about 18 months. I didn’t have the confidence to go to an exercise class or gym and, after reading the reviews about Ollie, I decided a personal trainer was the way forward. As I’d never had a personal trainer before, I was a bit nervous but Ollie soon put me at ease. He listened to my goals and my worries and took time to explain how to do each exercise properly, along with showing me lots of stretches. Every week he has shown me new exercises or new equipment including the TRX, which has made the PT sessions interesting and fun. The accompanying app is easy to use for the home work outs between PT sessions. The workouts are logged on the app and assigned to certain days of the week, but you can easily change the days around to suit the week ahead. Ollie gradually increases durations, reps and weights used, which gives you feel a real sense of achievement. You can also log weight in the app and other metrics like steps, together with completing a weekly questionnaire on how it’s gone and any barriers and obstacles to the coming week. Ollie is easily contactable and quick to respond, he checks in every week between the PT sessions to see how things are going and address any questions or challenges. He is extremely flexible, both in terms of session timings and session content, and will adapt them if I’m getting any niggles. Ollie also provides advice on nutrition and sends out recipe ideas in his emails. I feel way more confident now after just 6 weeks and my clothes are fitting better, I’d definitely recommend Ollie!

Ollie is without a doubt, a highly qualified, highly knowledgeable and personable personal trainer. The entire business is very well run; the use of an easy to use app for home training, informative newsletters that include a superb variety of exciting recipes and regular check-ins. Face to face, Ollie has carefully taken into consideration my goals, tailoring workouts and adapting them in response to my improvement and niggles. I am enjoying the exercises and really feeling their benefit during daily functional tasks. I highly recommend working with Ollie if you want to start, restart or continue developing your fitness and well-being. It’s been the best thing I’ve been able to do for myself this year.

Ollie's been helping me with my fitness goals for around 6 months and his advice and support has allowed me to be far more efficient and organised with my exercise routine.We meet weekly where Ollie provides advice on exercise and weight training to target specific areas of weakness that we've identified as well as conditioning via boxing exercises. There's also a mid-week check-in that allowed me to raise any concerns or questions without having to wait until the next session.He provides an app that he maintains to give tailored exercise plans for training outside the weekly meet - this was also useful in allowing me to record achievement against tasks, track progress over time and for us to adapt future sessions. He's also provided nutritional advice when I needed it.Ollie is easy to get on with, motivational and has provided expert advice. Overall, it's been a very helpful experience so far that's given me more confidence when working out and in getting healthier.

Ollie is a fantastic trainer! He takes the time to really understand your motivations, goals and fitness levels. He has put together workout sessions for me which have a nice balance between strength and cardio, tailoring the approach alongside the running I do in my spare time. During the last 3 months I have dropped weight (nearly a stone) and seen a huge improvement in my fitness levels! Really enjoyed the sessions I would highly recommend Ollie!

I started working with Ollie at the beginning off March 2022. I had never worked with a personal trainer before and was very apprehensive about what to expect. I spoke with Ollie on the phone initially and then face to face to discuss what I was looking for and what Ollie offers within his training sessions. I learnt very early on its not only about the physical activities but nutrition and mental well-being. I had quite extensive mobility problems with my right knee which I was hoping I could start to strengthen. I also needed/need to lose weight. So far I have lost just shy off 2 stone and the exercises have gone beyond my expectations for helping my knee but also my whole body. If you are looking for a personal trainer who will listen to your needs and tailor make every session based on your ability then I could not recommend Ollie Booth more highly. You will not be disappointed.

Ollie is a brilliant personal trainer. When I first started working with Ollie, I was approaching 40 and feeling quite unhappy with my fitness levels and general appearance. Several weeks later and I am feeling much more myself and happier. I have lost weight and am on the way to meeting my goals. I am fitter than I have been in a long time thanks to Ollie. My resting heart rate has come down and body measurements are lower too! Really pleased with the results.This week after feeling unwell last week, Ollie quickly adapted the workout to suit my needs. Ollie is always happy to shift times of our workouts if I have a conflict. The app he uses is great as it allows us to communicate and keep track of the week outside of the PT sessions. He comes to my house with any equipment we need so it’s just really easy to fit in around kids/work.He always encourages me to give that last bit of effort when we do boxing/workout. He makes sure I’m doing things correctly so I avoid injury and we mix up workouts to keep it interesting. I put more effort in during our PT sessions compared to exercising alone so I find them very valuable.He encourages me to meet other goals too… sleeping better, drinking water, better nutrition etc. he encourages me to think ahead to what might be coming up that could slow meeting my goal that week and always comes up with excellent solutions about how to get back on track.For me, this is not a fad like previous fitness things I have done in the past. Ollie is always there to remind me that meeting my goal isn’t linear and some weeks will be harder than others. For the first time ever, I really believe I can do it!On top of that he’s such a lovely person! I really enjoy the workouts and chatting to him. I quite often end up chatting to him about family and work in the sessions as he is really easy to speak to.

Working with Ollie has been a great experience. After our initial meeting, where we discussed expectations, goals, health, fitness and even mental health, I left feeling as though Ollie had listened carefully, and that he was able to deal with the complexities of chronic health conditions and injuries. He has proved to be very flexible, thoughtful, encouraging and supportive. He has adapted exercises to provide extra support and strength with my neck issues, and for when I’ve had flare ups.. Ollie is a great PT and makes every session enjoyable and fun… and more importantly, I see and feel the physical and mental health changes that have occurred since starting to train with him.. and with those, I’m very happy.I highly recommend his PT services to everyone and especially so if you feel intimidated by the whole health and fitness thing. He’s here to help you!!

I’ve been working with Ollie for just over 3 months. I was a little nervous about finding a personal trainer but Ollie put me at ease straight away, each work out session is well thought out and always different so I’m never bored. He is always encouraging and pushes me to work hard, whilst ensuring I’m using the correct muscles and not causing any injury.Having had a hip replacement a few years ago I’ve been looking to get focused exercise that works for me in strengthening my weaker leg and generally improving my fitness levels and overall strength, which Ollie has been doing since we started. It’s been the best decision getting a personal trainer and Ollie has been fantastic, I’d thoroughly recommend him.

A friend recommended Ollie after I was bemoaning the fact that whenever I made an effort to start exercising properly, I would quickly get injured - most frustrating and demotivating. I find Ollie easy to relate to. His initial consultation was extremely thorough and he was keen to get to the route of all my issues including physical and mental barriers. Early sessions were all about strengthening and stretching with each session pre-prepared after regular “check-ins” with me between sessions. Sessions are different every time which maintains variety and they’re fun! Two months in, I’m really starting to feel the benefits. I feel stronger and much more motivated to continue my journey back to fitness with Ollie - he gets my vote!
