Lady at the till was being extremely rude to the person infront who was being served by her in regards to some gift bags she wanted and was laughing at her with her other colleague

For a dedicated card shop, to have so many of your cards have no envelopes and damage is pretty poor

We visited the Card Factory looking for a card for a family member who has recently moved house. We found this shop very well organised and sign posted so we could find the good range of relevant cRds very quickly. Staff were pleasent and efficient.

The selection of cards at these stores lately has really gone down i used to love these shops cheap and cheerful with a good selection but lately its making me walk out and find cards from other places really dissapointed with the lack of selection and in them terms i went for dad cards was only about 5 different types grandma was about 3 and boyfriend /partner had about 3 i left feeling dissapointed and not wanting to return again same for my little boys birthday so its not just a one off occasion

Miserable staff! Cashier obviously had a customer in that she knew stood next to the till and carried on her conversation gossiping about someone and their children and marital issues. It was SO RUDE. The cashier didnt make eye contact with me once i paid contactless when i saw the amount come up on screen and i was handed my goods. No hello no goodbye.
