When booking a bulky waste collection on their website, make sure you use Paypal. After 12 days of nothing from Pembs I sought a refund through paypal and instantly got it.Pointless service if they can't even be bothered to call you after 12 days.

We were in a horrible situation given a section 21, 3 days before Christmas after a 10 year tenancy. We had 10 months of hell, me my partner and 3 children. Two people at the council were amazing Abigail Dyer And Amy McGregor. Without there help and guidance I don't think we would of got through it. They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with everything. They are 2 of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish everyone was as caring and helpful as they were/are. Thank you to both of you. Stuart Blything.

The Pembrokeshire County Council company is the most god awful comapny on the planet, black mould on the walls that never goes away no matter what, cracks through the cieling and if the outer walls fall apart they will not come and fix it only promising to send someone out to look at it." which will never happen. They absolutely do not deserve even one star as they are very capricious with their customer service as well as with if jobs will be done or not. The only thing more useless than the Pembrokeshire County Council as a business would be the actual people whom work there."

I have been on the phone for 18 minutes to log a collection for a bulky item to be told payments can not be taken or a collection day booked brcause system is being updated. But I can log onto the media system to do so which I have done to be notified that as systems are being updated I cant do this either. What do we pay council tax for - Surely these systems should have been updated overnight or over weekend like most companies do. Yet again the council show their lack of efficiency and competence.

I waited for 1 hour on the phone to resolve an issue with my online account and registration for council tax. The member of staff who answered the phone had not used the online system before.

Have some pride and get someone out in town with a pressure washer to clean the mold off everywhere for .... sake. Simple, cheap job to make the place look a whole lot better. I see your offices are nice and clean. All the white street signs are illegible covered in rust or whatever it is too. Some real, real basic stuff just not getting done by this council.

Always had great service from the Council. Staff are always polite and friendly. They should do more stuff in-house like they used to. They should have never done away with the 75 Pence toll on the bridge. If anything they should have raised it to £1. The funds used to raise a lot of money for the county and provided jobs. I think the Welsh Government had a big say what happend to the Cleddau. At least the Council doesn't waste money on Diversity Managers like some further up the line. Keep up the good work PCC.

In the last 2 years every time I have dealt with PCC, they have fulfilled every wish I have requested of them I.e change speed limit, fill pot holes, using recycle centres. I can not praise the service I have received highly enough.

Pembrokeshire County Council website must be worst website in Wales. Tried to report fly tipping of washing machine outside my neighbours house. Was reported by neighbour several months ago by telephone but still sits there. Tried to report it again myself online but template cannot be completed. I take it this is done deliberately to avoid any action having to be taken by the Council. What are we actually paying rates for.Didn't think Pembrokeshire County Council could make their website any worse. but well done you have actually managed to do it. Would appear you now have to have a Google or social media account to book a slot at the tip. And then they tell you there's a problem with the website and you can't actually visit the tip. It's no wonder they have a problem with fly tipping.
