I had my rapid scooter serviced last july. The customer service was second to none. They picked up my scooter and didn't repair the scooter without calling me first to give me an estimate for a new battery. They then delivered my scooter back to me. Not only was I happy with the work they had done. They also brought it back cleaner than it was. VERY VERY HAPPY . Will never go anywhere else...

Welcomed by pleasant staff .had a good look around was left to browse was looking for a lightweight scooter spoke to member of staff was shown different scooters they demonstrated them to us .l had aride round on one l liked was perfect for what l wanted .walked out the shop waiting for it to be delivered tomorrow comes with 5 year warranty. Happy customer .
