Used Phillips Services to install an electric oven, shower, and to replace a pull cord with a switch. Service was fast and very professional, Tom dealt with a number of problems that occurred and offered good advice. Very happy with the quality of the work, tidy and punctual. Had a problem with the electric socket the washing machine was plugged into. A fault caused the socket to overheat and the plug was stuck.The electrician (sorry, I can't remember his name) arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He checked the socket and washing machine and was able to separate the plug. He replaced the wall mounted double socket with a good quality brand. All done quickly and without fuss.No problems with washing machine or sockets since.Definitely recommended and we'll call on Phillips Services for any future electrical work.

We had a fault with our bedroom light it would arc and it caused the fuse box to short out leaving us without power. I'd called 3 other companies with no luck.When I called Phillip's Services someone was sent within 25 minutes and the issue was fixed in less than an hour.The man they sent was very mindful of my partner who was working nights and made as little noise as possible as he slept downstairs. Followed all the covid guidelines and was polite. Didn't even mind my overly curious cat. I would use this service again and will recommend to others.

We had a tripping circuit where the fault was proving difficult to pin down by a number of electricians from other companies. Tom from Phillips arrived on time and was determined to find the fault. He performed many diagnostic tests, was incredibly thorough testing the whole circuit, rewired every socket and explained everything he was doing. His determination paid off as he fixed the fault we’d had for over a year. Outstanding service. I’d highly recommend Phillips and will definitely use them again.

We used Phillips Services to firstly rectify an electrical fault and then to install a new distribution board. They were on time , left no mess and very professional.
