I would 100% recommend Gareth. I tore my ACL and from pre operation, all the way through my rehabilitation after my surgery, Gareth worked hard with me to get me back to full fitness. He covered every miniscule detail and his experience is second to none, top bloke and a top physio!

Can’t recommend Gareth enough. Been to see him for two separate football injuries now. My latest after a high grade sprain in my ankle. His knowledge and expertise really helped me get back playing in such a short space off time. The speed and strength it’s healed with just wouldn’t have been possible without him.

Cannot recommended Gareth enough. I went to him after rupturing my ACL and undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery. My rehab lasted 12 months and I am confident that it can’t be beaten. Gareth leaves no stone unturned throughout the rehabilitation, leaving me with zero doubts or concerns now I am able to return to play. His equipment and rehab programmes are at the highest quality as well as him being all round top guy. Thanks again Gaz!

Was recommended from a friend to see Garath after getting knee pain during my marathon training. With Gareths help I got through my marathon and gave had minimal pain afterwards. I have always felt comfortable at my appointments, Gareth is friendly and knowalgable and always on hand to help at anytime. Would highly recommend!

My son age 14 yrs tore his ACL and from pre operation, all the way through to rehabilitation Gareth supported him to get back into his chosen sport . Gareth was always there to answer questions , and reassurance. We would highly recommend Gareth!

I can highly recommend Gareth, he was recommended to me when I badly tore my calf muscle, he was able to diagnose it and put me on a plan to get it repaired. With Gareth’s expert guidance and consistency I am now fully recovered and my calves are actually now stronger than before my accident!!

After injuring my knee playing football, I first went to see Gaz who diagnosed a tear in my right meniscus in which he helped me immensely pre operation. Post operation, Gaz couldn’t of done more to support and aid my full recovery of the knee and muscles around it, from having weekly sessions to progress my rehab and providing me with detailed gym plans which were specific to my knee and rehabilitation. He then progressed me onto pitch football sessions before returning to training with my club. I would 100% recommend Gaz and he was a pleasure to work with.
