Spent a large amount of money on new covers for my boat.... At the first windy day one panel ripped because of the design around the door. Reported to jeckells who said better for me to get it fixed locally at my expense! Don't use these people as after sales service is disgraceful. Many more companies out there with better product.

We are in Grenada sailing the Caribbean (or not sailing due to Covid restrictions). Our mainsail needed replacing and, as our sails are from Jeckells in the UK and we are happy with them, we contacted Jeckells in the UK for a quote. Chris Jeckells was very responsive and came back with a good quote. We put our order in and last week received our new mainsail. From start to finish, the whole experience has been hassle free, payment online was easy, delivery was on time. The team kept in touch with us as to progress. A great experience, great service, great product, great team. Will use Jeckells again when we need to replace the genoa. If you need new sails we can highly recommend Jeckells.

More than happy with my experience using Jeckells the Sailmakers. Communication was quick and personal and I felt well looked after. The sail looks great and works great! From initial contact to delivery was 3 weeks, just in time for my cruising holiday.

Discussed requirements at SIBS2018 for my Rival 41C, main and roller reefing genoa; got good advice as well as a great price. My boats in Scotland so I self measured and sent dimensions down and received sails on time and to specification. Jeckells had dimensions for another Rival 41 and compared to mine as a double check. Self fitted and they look good. I went for a Vectran material and full battens. A very easy service. Tip: measure according to their guide, measure lengths of baubles and shackles, outhaul sliders, height from decks, goosenecks and send lots of pictures. I would be happy to use Jeckells again based on this experience.

What a great company. There was a problem with some work they had had done on the trampolines on my boat. They came from Wroxham to wells the same day retrieved the item and repaired it quickly returning it to the boat. Free of charge. I cannot praise the service enough.

Excellent family run sail maker, have had good quality sails made here before, looking forward to ordering sails for new boat build.

Jeckells did the canopy, upholstery and cockpit seating for my new boat. Most had to be redone. Some has requires repair after 3 months. Customer service has been poor. I suggest you avoid this company if you can

Amazing customer service. Turned around putting clear panels into solid fabric gazebo curtains in 24 hrs. Excellent price. Quality of the work is exceptional. Stumbled across them but wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Very happy customer and results are much better than I had hoped for. Thank you.
