Really pleased with 'Trusted Tech''s service. My company was awarded a grant and needed a reliable computer so I contacted Ade I'm not very technically minded but Ade explained things clearly and advised me well, and we were very pleased with our new computer. He delivered it and set it all up in the office. Will be using them again and would definitely recommend 'Trusted Tech' to anyone.

I know the problems with my laptop/iPhones/IPads/printer seemed insurmountable at the time but after 3 intense hours on your part, you were able to make my system all work. I needed to retrieve photos and documents from my laptop that had broken,not allowing me to access any thing. Trusted Tech was recommended. They dealt with my issue professionally cost effectively and more important within a short time frame allowing me to carry on with my busisness I would recommend Trusted Tec 100%

I purchased a reconditioned Dell PC, with warranty for 12 months, from Adrian who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I am so far delighted with the PC and will definitely use Trusted Tech again for my business IT needs. I would give a 6th star for answering my initial enquiry on a Sunday!

Took my new Dell laptop to Ade after I accidentally dropped it causing the charging port to dislodge, he carefully solved the problem while I waited, saving me the hassle of dealing with Dell. Highly recommended business and you can park outside. Thanks Ade,Andy.

Fair and honest price quoted for a laptop repair. Given the option of a second -hand part and repair carried out same day. Will definitely use this service again.

My old PC was slow and struggled with Zoom meetings and refused to have anything to do with Teams. I didn't want to spend a lot on an upgrade as I use the PC for social media and typing in Word and not much else. I heard Trusted Tech did reconditioned ones. I got in touch and went to their premises to pick one up. A fantastic spec for the price plus, keyboard, mouse and monitor included. I cannot believe how fast it is compared to my old PC. Very happy.

Such a helpful friendly company. During difficult times nothing was too much trouble. Collection of our troublesome laptop, data returned and professional advice given. Purchased a rebuilt new to us laptop which has proved perfect for our needs at a very reasonable price. Can't praise their service highly enough. Fully recommend, and will definitely use again.
