I was so impressed with the overall install of our log burner. from start to finish the communication has been great. there was an issue with the liner and the guys takes me through the problem and their solution before actioning it.They arrived on time and ensured the furniture was covered and cleaned up as well as they could. the finish is great and we're really pleased with it.

Excellent 5 star service. They were finished within the two day time slot and stayed to show us how to use it all.It looks amazing, the mantle was damaged they noticed it on the Wednesday and by the Friday they came out again to replace it.The guys were great, really nice and helpful.We love our fire, it’s made a huge difference!

We had a multi fuel stove fitted at the end of October and the service we received was first class. From the initial appointment through to the fitting of the stove we were kept informed and had all of our questions answered fully. The guys who came and fitted the stove worked hard, kept disruption to a minimum and left everything clean and tidy. The stove itself looks great and is definitely doing the job of keeping us warm, it's a lovely addition to the room. I'd recommend this company for anyone thinking of having this type of work done.

I cannot rate the Corby Branch highly enough, from start to finish the team were professional and courteous, right from the start when me and the Mrs went to look at stoves and book or appointment.When the guys turned up, they completely covered my living room in dust proof sheets used dust extraction to remove most of the dust being generated, totally professional and produced amazing results from my 1930 chimney stack.On completion they ran the burner up and demonstrated how to use it, completed the paperwork, and left me with nothing but an impressive installation.The engineers are a credit to your organisation keep up the good work.A super happy customer.

I have had a log burner installed today. The service has been incredible: showroom staff and the fitters. The end result is incredible too. It looks amazing! I shopped around and had 3 quotes and they were by far the best.
