So I had first visited this bubble tea shop when they had first opened and the bubble tea was to be desired which, I believe, was just due to learning and experience in such an environment. Then compared to now is vastly different, it is so much better ! However the boba needs a little attention as its both hard and soft at the same time in the mixture given in a drink such as brown sugar milk tea. The staff work hard and diligently with lovely smiles. So I applaud your hard work and next time up again I will of course buy another drink from you!

Lovely lady, definitely visit this bubble tea over any others in the area. We were given a free drink as the new bubble tea shop up the road didn’t remedy an Uber eats error. Very generous of her to offer her own service free, rare to find selfless businesses. Thanks again, great drinks

First time buying from Mooboo and most definitely the last. I ordered a Vanilla milk tea (my usual order) and it was absolutely revolting. The tapioca was undercooked. The vanilla powder wasn’t blended. Foul and bitter.

Great staff, small cute place, loads of choice. However, the taste is not up to par, I had a taro with tapioca and pudding. The drink itself is just watered down, no flavour whatsoever, the toppings to drink ratio is not proper and consistent. The quality of the toppings is also not something that one would fancy. Overall it is a expensive watered down drink

hands down the best bubble tea! incredible choice, very good price but what makes it the absolute best is the customer service. The lady who runs it is the loveliest person ever, I go often and she is delightful and honestly cheers me up just from how sweet she is. All the staff are lovely and very fast service even when queue goes out door. After trying all the places in winch, its hands down the best, its consistent, the tapioca is perfect and the flavours are lovely !
