Used this company for a deep clean after years of neglect with my elderly father who ended up smoking downstairs hence the bad condition of the house in general. I found this company unprofessional and unreliable for regular cleans - in the short period I used them (7 weeks) I was supposed to have regular cleans but have only had cleaners come for a weekly clean about 3 times. The company cancel last minute and cleaners do not show up time (they usually contact an hour or so after the cleaner is meant to turn up to say that the cleaner cant attend for whatever reason). When scheduling regular cleans admin was on leave for a couple of weeks - no one contacted me for cleaning and so I emailed in and no one responded to my email so I phoned to arrange a cleaner and was told I need to wait for admin to return so that she can arrange a cleaner - so apparently when admin are not in the cleaning company comes to a grinding halt and no one else is capable of arranging cleaners. After finding a different company (who are cheaper, more professional, better cleaners and A LOT better time keeping with so far no last minute cancellations) I had informed this company I know longer wish to use their services. The company then told me the cleaners will be around to collect their cleaning products - the cleaners have only used my own bought products and the company know this - this includes my own mops/hoover. They then asked me to sign as declaration - a declaration for what?! That I no longer need your unreliable, poor time keeping, unprofessional services?! I recommend you do your research a lot more professional companies out there.
