Started out decent, if a little agressive in the chasing. We spent a lot of time pulling together all the information required (there was a lot). It was never looked at and they quickly replied saying change of guidance meant things were on hold and they’d be back in touch. It was frustrating because we already had that suspicion based on what we read - there was no new guidance. So it was annoying to be hounded to send exactly what they asked, only to then have it quickly dismissed. It was a waste of time pulling it together. It gave the impression of them being quite ill-informed. They said to ‘bear with them’ but they never confirmed until we followed up. Quite unprofessional.
