Really great experience. Easy to contact and very patient with us whilst we came to view and test drive the car. Answered all questions clearly and efficiently. The car had a few scratches on the paintwork and interior seats which they sorted free of charge before picking up and they couldn’t be noticed at all when we came to collect the car. Very happy with the service and the car. 3 months included warranty so feeling happy to drive away!

Adam couldn’t have done more to help, from test drive to collection in less than a week! The was no pressure from the company, felt at ease through out! Super pleased with my new car! Nothing was to much hastle, brad was fantastic and not pushy like most car salesmen. Instant replies on wattsapp messages which was brilliant if I had any questions. Very informative and nothing was to much to ask. A credit to his employer!Highly recommend.

The response was immediate, and they provided me with the necessary information about the car. I was delighted. The following day, I received a call to schedule a viewing and test drive. By the weekend, the car was prepared for collection, and it was in impeccable condition. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. Additionally, they offer several warranty options. My original contact was with Brad, who was very helpful and gave me a finance quote with part exchange for my car on the same day of contact. Booked in to go and see the car on Saturday and met with Jason, who was brilliant. Jason was very friendly and welcoming, gave us the keys straight away to have a look round and to test drive. We then discussed the finance for the car and he asked if I wanted to take the car home same day. After a few hours of Jason contacting the finance company it had been approved and meant I could drive my new car away same day! I would definitely recommend the Roxburgh group, everyone there is so lovely and very professional.

We bought a Volvo XC40 from this dealership through Adam. Special thanks to Adam who guided us through from Day 1 until the day of collection. All queries have been promptly answered and all the little jobs that we requested for the car have been rendered. The car was turned over to us as what we have expected.
