Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy! No matter when you go in, or even if you are the only person waiting to be served, they take a minimum of 20 minutes to do a prescription, even if there are 6 staff on. More interested in letting all the ones who have daily medication to get jump the queue. Same if you call, nobody ever knows what they are doing. Would not recommend and if i could have given no stars, i would have! Shambles for such a big retailer!

Excellent service. Only recommendation I have is, the address check made me uncomfortable as the other people could hear my address and I could hear every other client's address.

Our local pharmacy for our prescriptions , handy for my Boots orders to collect. Chemist to ask for medical advice and buying general medicines, toiletries, etc. Friendly helpful staff, always busy with customers etc. They also offer other services to the community. Spacious clean shop, security guard on duty. Good to have a handy late opening chemist

Disappointed with service had to wait about 1hour should have in the hours that pharmacist goes for lunch and info put on front door.

Waited 35 minutes for a small prescription then had 4 other people waiting after me, all got served before me and someone went away with a large prescription.They completely forgot about me until I went to ask where and what is happening!Very bad service

Never have had a problem with my prescriptions, couldn't fault boots on that at all. Always answer the phone when I have called. The only issue would be some of the staff, the unwelcoming looks, the constant staring and at one point laughing at you. Other than that, it's a reliable pharmacy just need to sort out attitudes of some of the staff

Had flu injection here. Have also used previously too. Friendly, helpful staff.Boots pharmacy Albert Street, Dundee. Well stocked. Security man on site. Parking. Bus stops too.Prescriptions.
