This garage was extremely good in finding my problem when 5 other garages couldn’t find the problem highly recommend good people it’s good to find an honest, garage

Extremely bad experience at Osborne Motors. Previously, they took about 2 weeks to repair my BMW X5 windscreen system.This time when my X5 would not start and the automatic gearbox was in a locked position they could not handle the challenge to repair it. They kept my car for over one month and continued saying that they can not deal with the repair as it was in a locked position and that it was my fault for having a locked car dumped" to their garage. I was told that they could deal with it when the weather improved. At my suggestion they said that they would move my car using a recovery vehicle into their workshop. However

Highly recommended!I’ve used Osborne garage a couple of times and every time I do I’m not disappointed, excellent service. They have amazing polite and friendly staff that keep you up to date throughout the process.Car was in for 2 new suspension swing arms, exhaust repair and mountings refitted. I took it in for 9 and it was finished by 5.I cannot recommend this garage enough as they are very trustworthy and professional. This will be my main garage from now on.

We are touring in our camper and had a warning light for brakes.As we are not local to the area we called Osborne's on the strength of its reviews.The team could not have been more accommodating. They recognised we could not manage without our 'home' for long.They checked what was needed, booked us in for later that day. They had us back on the road within 2 hours with new brakes and discs.We would highly recommend the garage for efficient service, friendly and professional work.

Very friendly team, my car was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Julie is always well mannered, organised and efficient both in person and on the phone.I have always took my car here and will continue to do so in future. Definitely would recommend this garage.

Having found a flat tyre on the car, I called in to see if I could drop the car off to get the tyre checked. Although busy, they said it would be done by the end of the day and it was. Really friendly and good service. I would definitely use Osborne Garage again!

I had a problem with coolant leak. After investigation, they recommended oil filter housing. They priced the job for £750 for my old skoda. I went back to my old reliable garage, where I paid £300. In my opinion, they tried to charge me for the oil fiter housing which cost £150 and 2 hours job - £750 is a total rip off!
