Had a few jobs done from Tees Vally Aerials and I've got to say the guy really knows his stuff! Friendly guy super tidy professional job every time and great price. What more could you ask for??

Early Christmas present from Santa, a new Smart telly. Unfortunately, after set up there were many channels showing in the EPG, but not all of them were viewable.I like the idea of supporting local business rather than country wide Companies, so I contacted Steve at Tees Valley Aerials.Pretty quick response, asking me about the problem and my existing aerial and distribution system.Steve agreed to come out to fault find at a mutually convenient time and day, he also advised his initial fees.Come the day, Steve nips up to look at the aerial and distribution box, tweaks everything, retunes the televisions, and I now have a ridiculous number of channels to watch.Additionally, Steve explained about amplified splitters, and what to do if I had further problems. I should mention here that this is only 5 days before Christmas.So, Tees Valley Aerials, on time, on budget, and very professional.Highly recommended.

0 OUT OF 5! DON'T BOTHER! VERY RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL! ONLY WANTS JOBS THAT ARE QUICK AND EASY MONEY! Was charging £150 to remove 3 aerials on the roof positioned altogether and re-route 3 leads to a new aerial we had already installed around the side. Came to see the job at short notice. Whinged straight away and said he would need a large piece of wood putting on the first floor flat roof as slippy, whinged about even going near the roof! ( I thought all aerials were on the roof?) Had to wait a whole week for him to come back, meanwhile husband and I dragged an 8ft X 4ft piece of ply onto the roof. Turned up on the day at 3.30pm when it starts getting dark at 3.45pm. I asked that he put the leads around the side of the house with the others as didn't want them slung in the loft as always in and out of there. He then refused to do the job as TOO MESSY AND WILL TAKE TOO LONG! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! BEWARE!

Came within 20 minutes , very pleasant & very. compitent. Will use again if needed.
