Excellent store with some excellent offers on frozen food products.

Great staff. Friendly...usually good stock levels. Nothings too much trouble

I don’t shop here very regularly because…1. They don’t open extra tills quickly enough and due to the unique way the store is laid out people end up queuing down a main aisle which causes chaos!!! Avoid on a Saturday!!2. For the love of god stop having charity collectors in the store right behind the tills!!! It’s chaos enough without someone trying to ask for money and to set up a direct debit!!3. Educate the younger generation of staff that it’s not ok to sigh and roll their eyes because an elderly woman can’t find her bank card and then chooses to pay by cash, be more patient!!!4. Security guards!! Not everyone is a criminal that enters your store, if you have to watch someone then attempt to be a bit more discreet rather than standing behind them and following closely around the store!Other than those negatives I will say that the ‘other’ staff members are very polite and happy serve/help.

The staff here are great. Always happy and helpful. As well as your regular shop it's great for party and bbq supplies too. The premium steaks are better quality than the Supermarket ones in my opinion.

Only one till open with a long queue. But the girl on the till was fast and very efficient.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Nicely kept store, sometimes the products run low or run out, but that's not their fault, they are hard to get hold of countrywide.

This place is a fantastic spot for great food deals. The variety and quality of products here are outstanding. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I find myself coming back here regularly for their amazing selection. Keep up the fantastic work.

I went into this store yesterday to get a weekly shop. I had been in other stores local first and, as you do, left the food shop until last. I barely walked in the store to be told off a security guard you can't bring that in here it all has to be left on the floor behind the tills" (note this would then be in full view of anyone who walked by and unattended) i asked who could keep an eye on it to then be told "not my job

Lots of options to choose from, I quite like the vegan range, they seem to be getting bigger and more varied choices. It's easy for parking, it was not busy so I was in and out. Member of staff on the till was friendly.

Huge queues and only one till open for the duration of the shopping trip. Staff were more interested in chatting to each other rather than serving at tills.
